Minimum stay:
2 nights on weekends, 3 nights on holiday weekends.
Reservations will be confirmed upon receipt of a 50% advance deposit.
10-day cancellation notice - $20 cancellation fee,
one nights fee if within 24 hours of arrival date*.
For holiday weekends, $20 within 20 days,
one nights fee within 10 days*.
Entire deposit within 24 hours*.
Well-behaved children over twelve years welcome.
